This wonderful organisation provide a happy and bright environment where children and their families can access emotional, practical and social support from skilled professionals. This is a special and unique opportunity for a talented Senior Fundraiser who is passionate about seeing first-hand the difference they make every day.
Leading a large and energetic fundraising team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fundraiser to help secure long-term sustainability and diversify income streams. Our Fundraiser needs to be highly versatile who is able to motivate and support others to raise money from a range of income streams. We are looking for a natural leader, someone with real imagination who is able to develop fundraising ideas and turn them into reality.
The organisation is flexible on candidate background and happy to invest in an excellent fundraiser who is looking to move into management.

• Motivator and coach capable of leading teams to success
• Proven track-record in achieving financial targets.
• Exceptional communications skills; both verbally and in writing
• Desire and ability to support and uphold the values and philosophy of the Hospice
This is initially a 12 month contract however, there is a strong possibility that the post will lead to a permanent post.
Flexible location: Bishop Auckland or Stockton on Tees
