Charity people are delighted to be partnering with Bird’s Eye View to exclusively recruit for an Office Coordinator to join this innovative charity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced office coordinator to join a small team operating in a laid-back and creative office environment.

Based in Vauxhall, Bird’s Eye View predominantly works towards spotlighting and celebrating films created by women – for everyone - as well as supporting women in the arts by organising training and events across the country, and assisting with the promotions and events of films. It is run by Oscar-winning producer Mia Bays, and the board is made up of women and men who use their experience and influence in film to effect change.

As office coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing the organisational calendar, being the point of contact for IT issues and processing expenses and book keeping as needed. You will also have the opportunity to engage with the charity’s many diverse guest speakers; provide logistical support for events and assist with the charity’s marketing and PR.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as being trustworthy and able to work with little supervision. Experience in the not for profit sector and an interest in gender equality and the arts are desirable.
