Charity People is delighted to be working with an incredible, London-based disability and social welfare charity to recruit an ambitious and creative Fundraising Officer (with a focus on Challenge & Special Events Fundraising).
This is an exciting time to be joining the organisation as they grow their fundraising team and embark on a transformational new strategy led by inspirational beyond profit sector leaders, including a new CEO leading the charity’s rebrand and new strategy.
The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering a successful challenge event programme, building excellent long-term relationships with supporter. Responsibilities will include delivering special and cultivation events tailored to grow relationships with individuals and corporate donors.
The selected candidate will have some experience in challenge and special events and will have the ability to manage a varied workload and work to income targets. We are looking for positive and enthusiastic candidates with a penchant for people, thinking outside the box, and a desire to learn and grown with the organisation’s ambitious development strategy. The successful candidate will be flexible, organised and creative.
