This special and unique opportunity is a career-defining dream come true for a talented Stewardship specialist who will pave the way for how this National Charity nurtures and stewards their existing donors creating a prenominal tailored donor journey. The Stewardship specialist will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of the charities strategic stewardship donor engagement and recognition programme. This in turn will enhance and build upon the fantastic relationships that already exist driving continued and increased giving.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a strong track record in fundraising with a focus on stewardship; implementing processes and programmes. The Stewardship specialist will need to have a great handle on donor data and the ability to create tailored journeys initially for Major donors and then across the board. This role will be working alongside the fundraising team right up to director level so we need someone who is keen to listen and work collaboratively. More than anything we need someone who is passionate about consistent and effective stewardship and donor analysis and the impact this can have on income.

This role can be based either in their Glasgow or London cancer centre.

Salary £27,635 - £37,010 (plus £5,527 - £6,729 London Weighting).
