Job Title: Data Executive

Would you like to work for a national, high profile charity that are number 1 within their field? Our client, a well-known national health charity is looking to recruit a switched on Data Executive, for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Working within the CRM and Data team, you will be responsible for managing marketing data selections; taking responsibility for a campaign to advise on segmentation, building selections in Blackbaud Enterprise CRM and using SQL to write output scripts. You will work on testing and improving existing import processes and be responsible for identifying issues in the database and taking ownership to fix and improve. You will also get involved in other projects as required such as writing SQL scripts for one-off imports, database updates and data requests or testing software upgrades.
To be considered for the position you will be educated to a degree standard or equivalent or with compensating work experience. You will have strong IT skills, fluent in Microsoft skills, good data literacy with familiarity of data querying and manipulation. You will have previous experience of carrying out imports and exports of data from external agencies and 3rd parties, understanding and experience in writing and working with SQL queries as well as previous experience of using BBEC, Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM applications. You will have knowledge of direct marketing principles and customer/supporter care standards and previous experience of working within a busy fundraising or marketing teams is essential.
