For almost 25 years, this phenomenal Charity has been at the forefront of changing attitudes towards whistleblowers and promoting responsible whistleblowing across all sectors; aiming to stop harm sooner by helping workers speak up safely. At the heart of what this ambitious Charity do is their advice line for workers, also working closely with businesses to improve their whistleblowing arrangements.

This influential Charity who are ‘self-funded’ - generating income from selling subscriptions, training and consultancy in support of organisations whistleblowing arrangements, is going through a period growth. The demand for their advice line is greater than ever and they need to be in a position to meet that demand. Increasing the size of their business support team, this is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to really make their mark at an influential and growing Charity.

You will be a motivated and committed individual with a proven track record of significant income generation. You will build the Charity’s revenue stream and client base by identifying and selling’s the Charity’s service by; researching organisations and decision makers to identify leads and potential new markets; establishing contacts by cold-calling and arranging face-to-face meetings; listening attentively to gain a clear understanding of the workers and businesses requirements; maintaining relationships with clients and advising on forthcoming product developments; representing the Charity at exhibitions, events and conferences; preparing and collecting reports, analysing and summarising information and maintaining the reputation of the Charity by adapting and being sensitive to each interaction with external parties.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and plan own workload; you will be an effective communicator – both orally and in writing; you will have a genuine commitment to the Charity’s aim; have the ability and willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of the nuances of the Charity’s work and have a proven track record of researching prospects, closing sales and exceeding income targets. Having experience of income generation at a not-for-profit would be a distinct advantage.

Great benefits such as 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), accompany a generous starting salary of £25,000 per annum.
