National Health Charity – Fundraising Officer – Alton (Hampshire) – c£25,500

Are you a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser with proven experience across a variety of fundraising products and supporter engagement activities? Are you looking to take the next step in your career, to take more ownership and become part of a growing and ambitious team? If so this could be the role for you!

This National Charity based in Alton Hampshire provides practical, financial and emotional support for patients and their families and campaigning to improve care services across the UK. They provide practical and emotional support for more than 100 patients every week and invest over £3 million each year through patient and hospital grants and patient centred research projects. They are looking for a Fundraising Officer to join their team to help them to double their income to more than £2million in the next 3 years. The new Fundraising Officer will grow fundraising activity, increase the supporter numbers.

The Fundraising Officer will have a really exciting and varied role! You will be involved in the design and delivery of key engagement campaigns with current supporters, building a stewardship programme that cultivates long-term support and lead on a number of acquisition campaigns across a range of products and support the team to recruit and supervise fundraising volunteers.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser to play a key role in this growing fundraising team. You will need to be approachable and engaging and have proven experience of delivering fundraising products and supporter engagement activities. This is a new role that the perfect candidate will make their own. The role will adapt and develop with the individual and offers huge potential for personal and career development.
