We here at Charity People are looking for a driven and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Office Support Team. You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally with knowledge, and a passion for the not-for-profit sector. You must have a proven track record of developing business, building and maintaining a permanent desk to be considered for this role. Charity People is one of the country’s leading not-for-profit recruitment agencies, we work with a wide range of charities and organisations including international NGOs, independent Charities, Think Tanks, Membership organisations, Schools and Universities. We work in an environment where our staff enjoy coming to work and everyone is given autonomy and encouraged to work with mature approach and they are trusted to make their own decisions.

You will work alongside two established and successful Consultants and a Team Administrator. Being an integral part of the Office Support Team, your role will be to recruit to a wide range of permanent positions across various organisations. The roles vary from entry level to Heads of departments, including roles such as; Executive Assistants, Researchers, Project Co-ordinator, Programme Managers, Finance Managers Event Officers, Governance and Operational roles.

Ideally we are looking for a Consultant who has experience of recruiting for not-for-profits, although this is not essential, so if you are a well-established Consultant we still would be keen to hear from you. We require someone who is well organised, can work independently and who is a first rate communicator.
