I’m recruiting a Systems Analyst to join a leading forces charity based in the heart of London who provide advice and guidance to help the forces community access the support they need. They urgently require someone to become their Welfare Database Systems super user and first point of contact in supporting Welfare systems and their users.
The day to day operations will include training users, assisting in the development of existing and new systems to suit changes in business needs and carrying out system testing for changes/ developments and implementations.
You will investigate and resolve system/user issues, ensuring that requests for assistance and problems are addressed in a timely manner and are suitably resolved or referred onwards to relevant or responsible parties.
You will also communicate with business decision makers/key stakeholders on new and existing areas of software, identifying and recommending changes where necessary and maintain strong relationships with the charity’s IT department.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to query databases using SQL tools.
This role is paying £16.84 excluding holiday pay, and is to start asap, running until the end of April 2018.
