We have a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Community and Events Fundraiser to join a leading health charity which aims to save lives through pioneering research and promoting awareness. This newly created role is an opportunity to build on a deliver a successful events and community portfolio, including special events. This fantastic organisation have ambitious and exciting plans for the future and you will play a key role in helping them achieve their objectives. With a new team in place, this is an exciting time to join the charity. The Senior Events and Community Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and shaping the programme, which delivers a substantial part of the fundraising income. This charity has a real commitment to developing these income streams further and therefore this newly identified role, will help us achieve their ambitious targets and plans for growth.
The Senior Events and Community Fundraising Manager’s role presents an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individual with significant events experience. You will utilise your outstanding communication skills to both recruit and retain supporters. In return, you will be joining a small but dynamic, supportive charity, to manage a well-established portfolio of events, to grow the income and supporter base and to research and develop new fundraising opportunities
