Our client is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of older people. They believe old age should not be defined by loneliness or poverty and they provide direct services to make a difference to the lives of older people, including day clubs, home support, home visiting, telephone friendship and grants giving. When people are no longer able to live independently, they provide support via their residential care homes, nursing homes and dementia care homes.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to come in and oversee all marketing activities to improve brand awareness and drive the charity's marketing strategy for 13 Month Maternity Cover. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you will develop marketing strategies to support private client growth in care home and community services. Marketing campaigns will involve a wide range of online and offline and you will also use your influence to support the Charity to manage recruitment campaigns to attract quality care staff. Your role will also involve managing a the Marketing Team of 4 (based in Brighton).
We are looking for someone with strong experience of working on effective marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver great results. You should have a range channels within marketing or communications and have experience in the Charity Sector. In addition to this, you will have experience of management, be a strong team player and have a creative mind.
