Joining a brand new team at the start of a thrilling journey is a tremendous opportunity for any communications specialist. We are working with SOS Children's Villages, one of the world's largest and most highly regarded NGOs, to help form a UK-based Communications Team.

Using the power of on and offline comms to cut through to new audiences and engage existing supporters better, our talented, creative Senior Campaigns and Celebrity Liaison Officer will plan and deliver impactful, imaginative and attention-grabbing campaigns enabling the charity to strengthen and broaden its active supporter base. SOS Children’s Villages works in 125 countries supporting orphaned children and fragile families, providing quality education and healthcare, as well as caring for children during times of crisis and disaster, and we are looking for a talented individual to harness the wealth of communications opportunities this core work creates.

A varied list of responsibilities includes: developing and delivering strong, sustainable campaigns alongside fundraising/comms strategies; spearheading high-impact media stunts; building and nurturing a warm celebrity talent list that plays to individual strengths; working with international teams to research and deliver exceptional case studies, videos and photos to inform campaign work.

* Impressive back catalogue of working on high-impact integrated campaigns
* Ability to identify target audiences (through data) and devise campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
* Excellent knowledge of integrated multichannel campaign design
* Creative thinker and talented writer
