I am delighted to be heading up the search for an Impact Results Learning Manager, on behalf of a leading Development and Relief Agency, that provide opportunities for young people around the world. With a strong belief that employment is the best route out of poverty, their programmes help young people learn skills to secure jobs or start businesses. This organisation has strong ambitions to be helping 60,000 young people every year by 2020.

You will be a strategic, analytical and meticulous person who is able to define, collate and communicate programme results and enhance the communication of organisational impact. As well as this, you will have the relevant technical expertise for youth enterprise and employability programming and monitoring, evaluation and learning.

The primary focus of this role will be to provide leadership and help build on the key results framework and help the Charity communicate their impact by building a strong evidence base for their youth enterprise and employability programming. Based on solid monitoring and evaluation, and effectively using programme learning, you will contribute towards the overall organisational influencing and fundraising strategies.

This position requires someone with a sound understanding of implementation methods for monitoring, evaluation and learning in international development programmes and ideally, demonstrable experience in enterprise and employment programmes. Experience of developing organisational results framework, data analysis, communicating programme impact to a wide variety of audience and excellent knowledge of implementation methods for impact, evaluation and communication are all essential requirements.

Due to the international aspects of the organisation’s work, candidates must be happy with some international travel.

If you have demonstrable experience in line with the above requirements, this could be an exciting career choice for you.
