Specialist Charity Recruiter - Resourcing Administrator - home based in the North of England (ideally Yorkshire) part time (21 hours) £25,000 pro rata
We are looking for a driven and creative Resourcing Administrator to join the team here at Charity People. Working with our Regional Division you will be responsible for supporting two regionally based consultants, one in Manchester the other in Newcastle; helping us manage our extremely busy desks. This will be a varied role and will include managing the database, speaking to candidates, arranging interviews, helping organise events along with taking a lead on uncovering potentially suitable candidates for the exciting jobs we are working on.
The role will give you a great exposure to the Charity Sector, over the last year we have worked with hundreds of Charities across the UK ranging from organisations with 2-3 people up to multi-million pound charities with thousands of staff. If you are looking for an opportunity to impact the charity sector whilst working in a fast paced and fun environment, then this could be the role for you.
Whilst it would be great if you have experience of using research skills within a recruitment context this isn’t a pre-requisite. However, you will be a first rate communicator and an advanced user of Microsoft Office, and most importantly you will be passionate about the impact that the Charity Sector plays in society. We are looking for exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing; someone who is well-organised and can work independently on their own initiative.
This is a really exciting flexible part time home-based opportunity to join one of the most experienced and well established regional recruitment teams in the country! Ideally the successful candidate will be based in the Yorkshire area. However, we are really happy to look at candidates across the North of England including the North West and North East.
If you are interested in reviewing the Job Pack for this role then please send your CV to Amelia firstname.lastname@example.org or Ellen email@example.com – we will respond with the JD and details of how to apply. We look forward to hearing from you!
Closing Date: Monday 27th November.
