Our client is a Homeless Charity who are looking for a Marketing professional to develop and implement their donor journeys through communications, account management and events. You will be responsible for reviewing and delivering a marketing strategy to significantly increase the volume, loyalty, engagement and income from their donors within their existing individual giving programme (cash and committed giving). You will also lead relationships with donors, ensuring they receive appropriate and where possible, more personalised communications and engagement opportunities, as part of their wider direct marketing activity. Based in a small individual giving team, this exciting role will suit a real people person, comfortable with donors and great at conveying the importance of our work with passion and credibility.

To succeed, you will be an effective project manager, capable of juggling a busy and varied workload, with great attention to detail. You may have had experience of running events, account management and report writing. You will also need to be a great communicator, team player and proactive networker. We are looking for someone who has been working marketing, communications or direct marketing and is looking to focus their career for a fantastic Charity.
