About Hestia
Hestia Housing & Support is a registered charity which was founded in 1970 to
help homeless people on the streets. We now deliver a range of high quality housing,
care and support services across London, working in partnership with service users
and local communities.
Hestia believes in the inherent talents of the people who use Hestia’s services.
People’s self-confidence and skills may have been undermined by a long-term
health condition, post-traumatic stress, or a stay in hospital or in prison.
However, with the right support, Hestia believes that everyone is capable of making
positive changes and of living a fulfilling life. Their role is to help people to
decide how they might realise their goals, and to support them in planning and achieving
each step along the way.
- Vision: Empowering People, Changing Lives
