The temps team at Charity People are on hand to assist you whether you need planned interim cover, an extra pair of hands on deck at short notice or a panic stations early morning temp. There are no bookings too big or too small for us and we will always strive to find you the right person as quickly as possible. We have a great number of temporary staff on our books and we make a point of meeting and interviewing them all face to face, assessing their skills and checking references before we present candidates to clients.

As standard practice we take the time to asses our clients’ requirements and conscientiously match the skills and personality traits of our candidates. Our clients are safe in the knowledge that we’ll never just send the first person that becomes available in to do a job. It’s important to us that we provide a candidate that fits in with the working culture and can get the job done without the need for training. We carefully filter our shortlist to ensure that our selections have been carefully considered.
