We search proactively, advertise externally and network to find you great candidates, then we co-ordinate the interview process with you.
Negotiation and on-going support
We offer help and advice for you to negotiate an offer for the right candidate. We then offer follow-up advice to check you're happy with everything once your new team member starts.

We are a small, locally-based, charity, with a community focus. We have ambitions to develop but were lacking the requisite skills and needed to recruit to a very specific role of Business Development Manager. Our previous recruitment attempts to this role had been unsuccessful; not attracting people with the right skills.
