Care jobs created in Shropshire

A number of new care jobs are set to be created in Shropshire as a result of a new development in the area.

Some 35 new position are to be generated at Bradeney House in Bridgnorth as a result of a major expansion of the facility.

This means more than 100 people will now be working in care jobs at the location, according to a report by the Shropshire Star.

Expansion to create 40 care jobs

Some 40 new care jobs are being created as a result of expansion plans that have received the backing of Yorkshire Bank.

The institution is supporting the creation of a £3.7 million care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield, which is to open in the three-storey property on Langton Road

A council in Scotland has blocked a proposal to create almost 100 new care jobs in the country.
