Client of the month - Child Bereavement UK

Child Bereavement UK supports families and educates professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement.

Our client of the month for April is Child Bereavement UK. Child Bereavement UK supports families and educates professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement. Our vision is for all families to have the support they need to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies.

When a precious baby or child of any age dies, or when a child experiences the death of someone important to them, lives are turned upside down. For families experiencing the devastation of child bereavement, accessing the help that they need should not be a postcode lottery, yet there are still many areas where no service exists.

Child Bereavement UK is committed to plugging the gaps in services around the country and training more professionals, so that more families can have the support they need. We know that finding appropriate support can be a preventative measure that can mitigate the potential negative consequences of bereavement; and the families we have had the privilege to work with have taught us that with the right support and guidance at the right time for them, they can begin to face the long journey of rebuilding their forever-changed lives.

If you'd like to support our work, why not get involved in one of our upcoming challenge events?
