Charity People win 'Best Company to Work For' at IRP Awards
Charity People have been named as ‘Best Company to Work For’ (up to 20 people) in the 2015 IRP Awards
After another year of hard work from the team who always seem to do it with a smile on their faces, the Charity People collective have been rewarded by winning 'Best Company to Work For' (up to 20 people) in the 2015 Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards!
The IRP awards are the among the most respected in the industry and the only awards hosted and given by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) so we are honoured to have been recognised in this manner.
For us this isn't about the award, although as we said last time, we like winning shiny things and this most certainly is shiny! For us it's recognition that we do the best by all our staff from the public facing consultants to the people who you often never see including the office support and marketers.
But also it shows that the values we uphold mean we hire the right people who treat our clients and candidates in the right way. And it works because happy clients and candidates means happy staff, which means a happy place to work, which = Best company to work for!
David Lale the effervescent leader our little crew said, "We are truly thrilled to be recognised by our peers in the recruitment industry as the best small company to work for. Now we just want to become the best large company to work for! We think 2016 is the year for #charitypeople to show the world what an amazing opportunity working with charities presents not only for our candidates but our team as well."
So all that's left to say is, well done to the whole team and thanks to all our clients and candidates who make our jobs a joy.
