Working towards a diverse sector

We are developing targeted and inclusive recruitment processes to improve sector diversity. We also work in partnership with organisations that support diversity in the workplace recognising the need for continual diverse partnerships in the work that we do.

Benchmarking candidate diversity

We benchmark candidate diversity every year as we carry out our commitments to equity, diversity and inclusion.

Here are the data from our latest survey.

27

Black, Asian or other Minoritised Ethnic Group

15

Disability

11.8

LGBT+

77

Women

Representation is broadly in line with national census data except for women who are overrepresented.

We expect to see these figures evolve as we continue our diversity journey, matching more candidates from underrepresented groups with charities and non-profits.

A diverse and inclusive team

We believe in growing a diverse and high-performing staff team and we monitor diversity to make sure that belief is becoming a reality.

Here are the results of our most recent staff survey:

“Valuing diversity and fostering inclusion isn’t just the right thing to do but has the potential to be the difference maker for our clients. Diverse teams perform more effectively and every organisation should be striving to realise that with their hiring.”
